A devoted husband, father of four, and grandfather to four incredible grandchildren, Heath puts family first. He cherishes every moment spent outdoors with his loved ones—whether hiking Colorado trails, sharing stories around a campfire, or simply enjoying the simple joys of togetherness. When he's not with family, you'll find Heath cheering for his favorite hockey and football teams, heading out on a hunting trip, or unwinding with friends over a friendly game of poker. With over 20 years in the automotive industry, Tim Fleury has built his career around a simple passion: helping people drive away happy—especially when life throws financial challenges their way. Frustrated by high-pressure dealership tactics and complicated processes that left good people struggling, Tim set out to create something better. Raised in the Midwest (Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois), Tim brings Midwestern values of honesty, integrity, and community to every interaction. A devout Catholic, devoted husband of 20 years, and proud father to three daughters, he knows firsthand the importance of trust, family, and treating others with respect. His journey started in 2001 at traditional dealerships, where he saw firsthand how complex sales and credit hurdles could make buying a car stressful and unfair. In 2014, he transitioned to auto brokering for a more customer-friendly approach—but even that fell short with long waits and added costs. That's when Cars Simpler was born: a transparent, compassionate alternative designed to make car buying simpler, more affordable, and truly client-centered—one car, one family at a time. When he's not matching clients with their ideal vehicle, Tim enjoys family time, exploring Colorado's stunning landscapes (his new home base), riding his motorcycle, cheering for the Green Bay Packers, and staying active in his Catholic community. These passions keep him grounded and remind him why he does what he does: making a real difference through honest service and genuine care.
