Tim Fleury's journey in the automotive industry began in 2001, working in car dealerships across the Midwest after growing up in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois. During his time in traditional dealerships, he witnessed complex, high-pressure sales tactics and unfair treatment, especially for those with credit challenges. Determined to find a better way, Tim explored auto brokering in 2014. While brokering offered a more customer-friendly alternative, it still involved lengthy processes and premium costs that didn't fully serve the modern car buyer.
In 2019, Tim combined his dealership expertise, brokering insights, and deep commitment to helping others to found Cars Simpler-Car Buying Made Simple. With a unique focus on supporting clients in bankruptcy, Tim partnered with local credit unions to design an innovative lending program that offers better terms, lower rates, and a compassionate approach.
